Senior Manager Business & Partner Development @ Sony Music Germany
Vernetze Dich mit Nina:
I learned about Women in Voice at the All About Voice Conference in Munich last year.
I very much enjoy being part of this network, we all have a common interest – Voice Technology, but we look at the topic from different perspectives. This is what makes this network so interesting.
My focus is on the people side. I believe we need to give people more reason to talk to their voice assistants. My passion is to create smart and fun conversations and build a great user experience.
For the past years, I have been with Sony Music in Germany, responsible for designing and establishing a voice strategy. In this role, I have built new promotion tools and sales channels for music on smart speakers. We analyzed how people use their voice to listen to music. I learned about vSEO to optimize the search and search results.
We also designed Alexa Skills that help music lovers discover music. My favorite one is “Alexa, lass uns Klassik entdecken”, where every day Alexa discovers a fun fact about classical music. The idea is to help discover music by telling a fun story and making a music recommendation.
Another fun project was to turn our monthly employee trivia night into an Alexa Skill where we invite people to play with us and sometimes we surprise players with an artist take over. (Alexa, starte Music Boss)
From my personal point of view, I enjoy having a virtual assistant, but I feel there is still a lot my assistant can learn. From a business point of view, I enjoy finding ways to make products and services voice-marketable.
